How the Process Works

1. Submit your order using the form on the Home page.
2. Using your manuscript, Compuscript’s team of scientists and illustrators will capture the key information to create a draft of the infographic and accompanying video using the Research template. Compuscript will return this first draft of the infographic within 10 business days of receiving your order.
3. Once you receive the draft infographic, you will be able to review and request revisions. Compuscript prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else. Therefore, we offer unlimited revisions. Revised infographics are returned within 3 business days of receiving the revision request.
4. Once the infographic is complete, you will be provided a high-quality JPEG and PDF version of your infographic and accompanying video in [format].

Note: Compuscript’s team will work closely with you to create an infographic and video that meets your satisfaction. However, please be aware that all infographics and videos must approximately follow the carefully designed standardized template. There is some flexibility based on your personal preferences; however, we do not offer fully customized infographics/videos at this time.
