How long until my infographic is ready?
The first draft of your infographic will be returned within 10 business days after receiving your order.
How many rounds of revisions are allowed?
There are unlimited revisions. However, please be aware that all infographics must approximately follow the layout of the carefully designed standardized template, as seen on the Home page. Some flexibility is allowed based on your personal preferences; however, we do not offer fully customized infographics at this time.
Once the infographic is complete, the accompanying video will be created.
I have an idea of what I want but it doesn’t follow the standardised template. Do you offer completely bespoke designs?
No, not at this time.
In what file format is the infographic provided?
Your infographic will come as a JPEG and a PDF. The JPEG is for display on social media channels and the scale and resolution will be optimized for this purpose. The PDF is provided for situations where a larger file is needed, e.g., for printing on a conference poster.
In what file format is the video provided?
Your video will come as a [file format] for use on social media channels.
How much does it cost?
$300 (USD). If you wish to pay the fee in RMB (Chinese Yuan) and need an official Chinese invoice for compensation, please feel free to contact our China colleagues in their Suzhou or Beijing office.
Who creates the infographic/video?
Compuscript’s team of subject-matter experts and graphic designers.
What license is the infographic/video sold under?
Infographics and their accompanying video are sold under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0). This means licensees may copy, distribute, display, perform and make derivative works and remixes based on it only if they give the author or licensor the credits (attribution) in the manner specified by these.
Who owns the final graphic/video?
You will own the final infographic/video. However, Compuscript and AAAS/SPJ retain the right to feature chosen infographics on dedicated websites and/or on social media channels for the purpose of informing potential customers.
I don’t have a DOI/journal citation information yet. Can these be added at a later date?
Yes. Please note that this service is currently only for authors whose article has been accepted at Research. If you are a prospective author, we will be happy to create an infographic for you if your article is accepted.
Can I only purchase an infographic/video for a Research article, or do you accept articles from other journals?
Currently, we are only accepting papers from Research.
